When you are ready to create your account by following “1. Access the Conference Website” in the English guide above, please use the link below. Accessing this link is equivalent to clicking the [Login/Register] button on this website.

Please continue following the steps in the English guide through “3. Verify Your Email Address.”

(2) From the User menu, Create User for this seminar.

For details, please refer to “4. Conference User Registration” in the English guide.

(3) Those who wish to give a presentation should also submit an abstract through the Call for Abstract Submissions.

Each participant may submit up to three abstracts. On the Paper Submission page, three submission tabs (Paper Submission 1–3) are available.

(4) Proceed to the Call for Participant Registration to complete participant registration.

Please note that Steps (1) and (2) are separate procedures: first, you must create an AWARD account in Step (1), and then you must create a user profile for this seminar in Step (2). We apologize for the inconvenience.

Abstract submission (3) and participant registration (4) may be completed in either order after user registration for this seminar (2).

Important: Submission of an abstract does not automatically register you for the conference.
All authors presenting at the conference must complete participant registration in addition to abstract submission.
